Aqua Bowl has a cane patterned bottom with a polished base. Sides of bowl simulate wrinkled paper. Bottom of the bowl is ground.
In the book, "Lancaster Glass Co., by John P. Zastowney this pattern is identified as Sunshine based upon a 1932 catalog page for this pattern in pink. Documentation for this aqua color has not been found. The pattern is also found in topaz and green in both satinized and clear colored glass.
Weatherman's "Colored Glass of the Depression Era, Book 2" shows this pattern and calls it Lana. Lana is shown with satin glass sides on the bowl.
