Not much is known about Toby except he was a tiny child's toy with a metal collar who went along with an elephant, lion, bear, rooster, owl & rabbit. These were throw-a-way glass toys so they are close to impossible to find. He is 1-5/8" height, a dwarf compared with Westmoreland's small bulldog.
He was pictured in a Lancaster advertisement in the January 10, 1916 China, Glass and Lamps.
