Per Seate & Long book, production dates are 1931 to 1936. The decoration was applied to only 11 different Fostoria pieces / blanks, mostly on the 'Mayfair' #2419 blank, but also on 'Pioneer' #2350, 'Diadem' #2430, and some line number only blanks:
Per internet research, it appears the black enamel decoration was applied via electroplating, but only on the Topaz colored ones
This vase is the #4107 9" vase. The vase I think is mold blown and has 14 optic panels. One side has the large butterfly above 3 stalks of wheat. The other side only has 3 stalks of wheat.
