The Black Glass Encyclopedia put out by the West Virginia Museum of American Glass shows the heart handled CHS on page 110, and identifies this it as Imperial Molly #725. It also confirms that Molly came in black.
Sue Averett shows this CHS on page 141 of her CD, "Depression Glass Sandwich Server Trays Version 2". But she says that the plate measures 7 1/2" and 8 1/2". This plate measures 10 1/2", with a 3 1/2" collar, stem/shaft six sided w/o ring 3/4" flaring wider at bottom, heart shaped handle 4" by 2 3/8".
