The ad was featured in the September 1943 Crockery and Glass Journal, and features 'Foamglas', which was developed by the Pittsburgh Corning Corporation. The glass floats, and is effective for insulation, floats and life boat rafts. The ad shows two models demonstrating the bouyancy of the 'foamglas'.
