Bucket has Dunbar's Brocatelle etch. This decorative effect was probably produced using the fume etching process. The all over satin finished design consists of poppies falling from a central deco design.
Identification is based on finding the bucket with a partial Dunbar label, a catalog page, and an example of the same etch in the Measell and Wiggins book, "Great American Glass of the Roaring 20s and Depression Era, Book 2" on page 285.
